1. Will I be able to use my steering wheel controls to answer and make calls?
Yes you will. The Argos Mercedes-Benz kit is designed to work with the phone pre-wiring in the Mercedes-Benz that will allow you to use the steering wheel controls to answer and end calls, as well as adjust the volume of the call, scroll through your call lists and phone book. If you car is equipped with a Comand system, it will also integrate and work with the Comand system display and buttons.

2. Do I have to train Argos with my voice commands?
No you do not. Argos is designed to read the voice tags in your phonebook (if you have them set up). You will use your steering wheel voice dialing button to activate voice dialing and say the voice tag associated with the number in your phone. You will not be able to dial numbers (i.e. you will not be able to tell your system to dial number, one, seven, four, zero, etc.).

3. Do I need to have Argos professionally installed?
While Argos is designed to be a self-install unit, we do recommend professional installation. If you are not proficient at in-car technology installation, it is best if you take your Argos kit and instructions to your local dealership and have them install the kit. In most cases, the installation can be completed in under an hour.

5. What Mercedes-Benz cars does the Argos kit work with?

We plan to offer an Argos Mercedes version for cars that are standard with MOST wiring sometime early 2006. 6. What do I get when I order the Mercedes-Benz Argos kit?
Your Mercedes-Benz Argos kit comes with everything you need for installation. You will find the Installation Manual and User Guide, the Argos unit. If your car requires a fiber optic connection cable, your kit will come with that cable as well. For the ML vehicles, there is an additional charge for this connection cable. See the compatibility page for pricing of MB Argos kits. THIS KIT DOES NOT COME WITH A BLUETOOTH PHONE. You will have to purchase your Bluetooth phone separate from your cell phone carrier.
